About Me
Experience
I have fifteen years experience in the field of psychotherapy including eleven years within the NHS.
As well as my clinical practice, I am a visiting lecturer at Regent’s University, London, where I teach psychotherapy theory and skills on the Certificate and MA programmes.
Before training to become a psychotherapist I worked in the corporate world, in senior positions, so I understand many of the stresses of working life.
In my private practice I see individuals, couples and groups for counselling and psychotherapy and supervise other practitioners.
